“When I returned, I reminded myself that I do very much love the art of acting. But I still have a very complicated relationship to celebrity culture,” the actor continued.

As he navigated his return to the public eye, the former child star became more guarded about his private life, choosing to share only selective glimpses with the outside world.

By July 2023, Dylan was a married man after tying the knot with his longtime girlfriend and model Barbara Palvin on her parents’ beautiful property in Hungary.

The couple planned for a small, intimate ceremony, but ended up with 115 guests. Barbara explained, “There are a lot of people we care about and we wanted them all to be there.”

Their love story began approximately six years prior in a rather unconventional way. The couple’s first encounter happened when Barbara boldly cut Dylan in line while they were entering an event.

“I’m now the only unwed Sprouse,” he joked, “but I don’t feel too much pressure. I’m taking it one day at a time,” the actor continued. Instead of focusing on marriage, Cole revealed that his passion lay elsewhere.

While the actor had no plans of looking back and doing a “Suite Life” reboot, he had big plans for the future. “I would love to be doing one to two movies a year and photography the rest of the time. And the logical intersection of those two worlds will eventually be directing,” he explained.

Recently, Dylan showed his support for his brother at the special screening of Cole’s new film, “Lisa Frankenstein.” Both brothers attended the event with their respective partners, making it a family affair.
