Hello Magazine’s royal editor, Emily Nash, revealed that the Princess of Wales has been FaceTiming her children while in the hospital, as they didn’t visit her there. Nash shared that Kate often FaceTimes her kids when working abroad, so they’ll likely stay in regular contact. William, known for being hands-on, will keep things normal at home while Kate recovers.

William and Kate would get help from their long-time nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

Borrallo has been with the family since Prince George was just 8 months old.

Trained at the prestigious Norland College, Maria is firm yet works alongside Kate and William in managing the children’s discipline, creating a balance that appears less strict than it actually is.

When hired, Kensington Palace simply stated that Maria was a full-time nanny who would accompany the family on royal tours, without disclosing further details about her employment.
