Meghan Markle reached out to influencer Amanda Hirsch—host of the popular Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast—with a handwritten note after noticing Amanda’s online post expressing concern.

Amanda had shared her thoughts on Meghan’s authenticity in With Love, Meghan, the Netflix series that premiered earlier this month. In her post, she wrote, “You guys I’m scared for Meghan.”

Captioning her post “OH MY DUCHESS,” Amanda revealed a photo of Meghan’s handwritten message. The note read, “Dear Amanda, I heard you were feeling scared. Don’t be. This is the fun part – let’s enjoy it.” Meghan signed off with, “As ever, Meghan.”

Meghan’s note caused quite a buzz among Amanda’s 893,000 followers, with many admiring the Duchess’s calligraphy skills.

One fan took to the comments, writing: “Her handwriting is a font.”

US influencer Jaclyn Torrey, formerly known as Hill, added: “The handwriting is RICH,” followed by the ok-hand emoji.

Given Meghan’s well-known talent for calligraphy, it’s no surprise that she once worked as a freelance calligrapher—most notably penning the wedding invitations for celebrities Robin Thicke and Paula Patton back in 2005.

Along with numerous fans and celebrities, Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle, also criticized his estranged daughter, calling her “inauthentic” following the release of her new series.

The two have not been in contact since before Meghan’s 2018 wedding to Prince Harry. Speaking to the Mail, he remarked, “Everything she says is pre-planned and rehearsed. It makes me laugh because I know all her looks and expressions. I know when she’s faking it for the cameras. She’s trying so hard to be perfect that she tenses up every time the camera is on her.”

When asked if he had watched the show, he responded, “I might sit down and watch it one day, but I’m not sure.”
